I can't upload files to Google Code, they changed their policy and no one
is allowed to upload new files to any projects anymore.

  When I unzip Library-Linux-7931.zip I get a library.bin file, I don't
know how you're not getting the same file.

By default LeoCAD will look in /usr/share/leocad for the library, if you
want to use /usr/local (or any other place) you have to pass a new value
for INSTALL_PREFIX to qmake.
