Well, here is the important part of Lego’s response: “We’re sorry that you are experiencing problems with LEGO® Digital Designer. Please note that we have stop this service on 16 January 2012 and that there isn't any team anymore that updates the service which means that unfortunately no changes will be made at this stage.” A bit strange as there was an update (4.3.8) a few days ago. But maybe they do not count data (and installer) updates as support for LDD.
