file /lib/libc.so.6 will tell you whether or not the symbolic link is broken; most likely the link is fine. That RPM presumably requires 32-bit versions of libc and the other shared libraries. If you are installing on an x86-64 system, you may not have the 32-bit libraries installed, or the 32-bit libraries are somewhere different than /lib (/lib32 perhaps?).
