Compiling stuff on NT

Hello,
I am interested in compiling a Linux program on my NT box.  It is a command line 
program so no GUI is necessary.  However, the program does uses the Motif library.  I 
downloaded the NT binary of Lesstif but I am not sure how to edit the Linux Makefile.  
Does anyone have any idea?  Thanks for your help.
