The file you are looking for can be found in the binary release.
You will probably find that the command "rpmfind lesstif" should
get you the correct binary release if you cannot find it on the
lesstif site.
After installing this your problem should be solved.
If not then I would advise that you read the FAQ on the site
http://www.lesstif.org - for ANY OSS project you should find a FAQ
and read it before asking any questions.
