This is not currently possible.
1. I am working on making rows resizable (currently only columns are).
I cannot work on what you ask until that's done.
Can you do (part of) the work and submit it ?
2. There is a performance issue with what you ask, it may require the
creation of many more widgets. This is the exact thing that the Matrix
currently avoids.

Hi!
Is it possible to resize columns from button labels (such in Netscape's
Messenger):
when user moves pointer on line between label buttons it changes on
arrows and when user clicks Btn1 he can drag column line?
