It works fine so far. A minor problem: the column resizing with <Shift>+btn2
doesn't work if the pointer is placed on an row/column separator crossing point.
It's clear that this case is in general ambiguous given the new ability to
resize rows as well. However, if the widget is compiled without this new option
and/or the row resizing is disabled programmatically, the old behaviour should
be restored. Yet smarter solution would be to allow (in such cases) to resize
the relevant row & column _simultaneously_.
