nedit freeze fix

The fix for the nedit freeze is causing mgv to spit out the following when you
exit the app.....

Warning: XtRemoveGrab asked to remove a widget not on the list

ddd is also emitting this warning upon startup.

I have some comments in LTRemoveGrabCallback that may be relevant to what you
have been doing....
