That was exactly what I did. It works with X11R6.3 and above, but I could
no test in X11R5 yet. I have an Alpha with DEC OSF/1 3.2, but got not time
to compile lesstif there. X11R6.{0,1,2} had a sligtly different scheme
that I can't test because I don't have a spare machine to do so.

"make Makefiles" doesn't work, currently.
