Obviously, the allocations and deallocations should match.
I don't know enough about the Xt GC functions to be able to insist on
which end (alloc or dealloc) is the best one to change.
IMHO, just do it the simple way here because you have bigger battles
to fight elsewhere. Like the free memory read that is
still lurking in TextF. Or the way FontLists are leaked all over the place.
