Hi Tom,
First please note tyhat fvwm2 is NOT a part of lesstif,
so normally questions like this cannot be answered very well by this
mailing list.
The best thing for you to do is a simple search. google.com is pretty
good
and simply by entering "Fvwm2" I was able to find the page
http://www.ifh.de/computing/services/X11/fvwm2.html
which seems to contain the info you are looking for.
