Motif tests

Trying to build a complete set of motif tests with 1.2.4 on DU I notice that
'only' a few don't build:

Xm/drag*
  a problem with the Makefile/targets probably
  ld:
  Unresolved:
  main
  export_bitmap

Xm/misc/test16
  The #elif XmVERSION > 1 used is wrong - even here I need the first choice

Another one is just fixed in CVS.
