It seems that you are trying to run a Linux application in FreeBSD's Linux
mode with a native FreeBSD libXm. This will no work. Either install a
Linux version of libXm or, better yet, get the source code of gnucash and
compile/install it as a native FreeBSD application.

I'm not sure about Motif support in recent versions of GNUcash (they moved
to Gtk because it's "open source", have themes, blah, blah, blah :-P ).
The ports collection in FreeBSD 5.0-CURRENT contains only a GtK version.
