Hi,
last night I was pretty convinced that this is where the problem came
from. If you ask me today I'd say that an XbaeMatrix want's to be the
child of the toplevel.
I attached a stand-alone program (342 lines in c) that exhibits the
problem. Select some parameters by clicking on their name (mN,mPi,etc)
then hide them through the pop-up menu. Then show them all. After doing
this about 5 times you get a core dump due to a segmentation fault.
As you will probably be able to tell from the code, I am not an
X/Xt/Motif/etc expert. I hope I am not bothering you with bugs of mine
own creation.
