XmeStringUpdateWMShellTitle()?

Subject says it all, where does the XmeStringUpdateWMShellTitle()
function come from?
It's neither in the 2.1 docs nor in a Motif libXm-2.0 which
I just checked. But we have it in Xme.c ...
