I thought I'd give an update.
Encountered several problems up to now :
- Xprt needs configuration files
as promised I'll send a message about that soon
- older version of Xprt (XFree86 3.*) dies when running test/Xm-2.1/print/test3
XFree86 4 version of Xprt works well though.
- LessTif X errors - see my commit message an hour ago, font lists were being
created across displays (from display X server to print X server) due to
a couple of static variables.
- printed stuff is *small* (see attachment 1)
- printed widgets don't always appear correctly layed out (see attachment 2,
this
is supposed to be a file selection box), I probably have to trigger geometry
management somehow.
I also have *no* documentation on the DtPrint stuff. Does anyone have some ?

P.S. the attachments are PostScript files generated by Xprt by using
test/Xm-2.1/print/test3 and fiddling with the #if 0 lines in there.
