Hmm, seems my ghostview seems to be a bit confused about the
page size: no bounding box (0 0 0 0 ), no default media size specified.
I have to play with zooming a lot to get the thing displayed.
Is there some info missing in the doc or is the problem with
my software (or in front of my monitor :-) ?
