Well, the warning itself is quite nice:
the problem which indicates is a major one:
a libXbae was built against some LessTif 1.2 version and
is now linked into an application linked against a 2.x version.
The result would be an unstable, corrupted executable.
Might be a relict of my attempts to make things work with
libtool/CVS. I'll take a look ...
