Just found a reproducible method to produce a

Class: XmDialogShell
TravAct.c:_XmTrackShellFocus(334) - bad news!!!!
warning with NEdit.
1) start up nedit w/o argument
2) type in some letter(s)
3) Press CTRL-Q or select File->Exit (to quite NEdit)
4) Select Yes (to save the file)
5) In the upcoming File Save dialog press ESC
How bad is "bad"?
I seem to remember that some similar warnings were just in the code
if it was not clear whether things are ok or not.
And at first glance there doesn't seem to be any problem related
to this here.
