Or at least I tried to do so ...
I guess one might need to add configure checks for uil, Mrm*.h, etc.
but I don't feel like doing this right now.
BTW, the Xlt/ dir has a quite useless NEWS file (zero bytes) and
an outdated ChangeLog.
