Test release (0.92.23) on ftp.lesstif.org

Very soon we'll make another public release.
For now there's a 0.92.23 package on ftp.lesstif.org.
If someone wants to pick it up and give it a try, 
we'd like to hear about remaining problems
in the build/configuration process.
