Nooo, please don't!
If everything builds fine but 'newuil', just outcomment it 
in the Makefile(.am, .in) as a target and make will forget about it.
Or just ignore the error.

In any case restore the original Vendor.c!!
(not 100% what you did, but sounds like you have damaged
the whole library!)

For the people using our CVS I can tell that this problem
is _supposed_ (not tested) to be fixed, by dropping
libXt from the libUil dependency list.
