When using Xbae to create a table I find a bug in resizing rows. I can
resizing a row for only once. Then it seems to me that the program cannot
calculate the row boundaries and fails to recognize shift-btn2 down at the
boundaries of rows. Instead, it recognizes this event when it happens
somewhere inside cells.
Actually, there is another bug occasionally occuring when resizing
columns. That is, even when the double-arrow appears, I can not drag it.
