That would be great. You seem to have a better handle on the various autoconf
targets than we do. Just to summarize some of the things we are trying to
achieve with this setup
- NEVER INSTALL OVER A REAL COPY OF MOTIF. If this happens then _all_ vendor
supplied binaries will start to fail. If we blow away a symlink to the real
Motif, so be it, the installer obviously knew what they were doing :)
- We can install up to 3 versions of the lib, symlinks can be made for only 1
of the three versions. This also applies to the apps in the client tree.
Anything else guys?? If someone is willing to finally make this correct we can
at least supply some of the crap we have gone through trying to make everyone
happy. These tend to be very emotional issues :)
