Xlt build problems: MOTIF_CFLAGS

The current Xlt Makefiles are not fully working.
While new libtool seems to work more or less on
2 systems here (featuring some strange messages perhaps)
the Xlt/lib/Makefile doesn't work if you try to
build outside the source directory - at least if
building "inside" the LessTif tree.

MOTIF_CFLAGS should be set to include the 
../../include hierarchy from build and source tree!?
