test/Xm/imagecache/xlogo64 missing

Hi, it apears that in source distribution of 
lesstif-0.92.32 the file xlogo64 in test/Xm/imagecache
is missing. This prevents the test suite from beeing 
build. Coping that file from ver-0.92.26 fixed the 
problem for me.
