Format is fine, attachments (or any message) up to some moderate upper
limit. >=50KB should certainly never be sent to this list.
Don't know anything about RPMs, will comment on the generic issues.
BTW, http://lesstif.org/bugs.html has some info about people which are
going to start submitting patches. We mention the "diff -u" mode there.

We are just going to promote Xbae, Xlt to stand-alone packages (again as
for Xbae). 0.92.95 was some intermediate snapshot which didn't complete
the job. Note that Xbae, Xlt as of our (anon) CVS is currently broken
(can't be configured).
We obviously have to get the LessTif part work 100% fine again, then
make the new major release. Afterwards we could get new Xlt, Xbae
releases out of the box.
