Installing Lesstif 0.92.98 binaries for cygwin

I've downloaded the new Lesstif 0.92.98 binaries for cygwin and am trying to install them. Are there some platform specific instructions I can read?   The Lesstif installation manual, release beforehand, does not discuss the cygwin binaries.     Thanks,     David E.
