I have tested the Motif behaviour with OpenMotif 2.1.theICSversion on
Linux (RH 6.2 and 7.0) and the 1.2 and 2.? supplied by Sun for Solaris 8
/Sparc with the same results.
The question is; what is the definitive specification for the behaviour
of XmStringCreateLocalized (or, for that matter, the rest of Motif)?
An answer would be good but, not necessarily, unexpected,
