WRT qnx:
first please have a look at our mailinglist archiv
(see http://lesstif.org) whether there is any reference to QNX.
A simple look at the libtool docs (which you don't need to
have installed, but we ship the runtime of it) doesn't feature
QNX ...
Perhaps you should ask those people first, I assume that's the
crucial point here. Our webpage has a link to the libtool project.
