Regarding compilation in Lesstif

Hi,
    I installed the Lesstif thing but couldn't trace the header files viz. Xm.h.
 I searched for them in
/usr/lesstif/Motif1.2 . In fact there was no include directory in this
directory. Can you guide me into how do i get
these headerf iles and continue further. I need your help urgently. Is it that
while installation i missed out some step?
