Still amazing how easy old TeX sources run through this typesetting system without problems. However, I did some small changes to the sources so they work flawlessly with pdflatex. This way we can skip the dvi->ps->pdf steps completely but immediately get pdf output. I also added usage of the hyperref package which adds bookmarks and an hyperlinked index, too. Verrry gooood... Well, I also needed to edit the bounding box in the LessTif logo by hand, because it was wrong -- whatever.
