I've seen your entry on this in the cvs-commit mailinglist archive.
Does that mean it should work now?
I've tried to download lesstif CVS, but ran into lots of trouble
when running "CVSMake". Both, on FreeBSD-4.4 and Mandrake Linux 8.1,
complain about the same problems:

When I delete "--force-missing" in both CVSMake files,
the CVSMake complains about
automake: unrecognized option -- `--ignore-deps'
Is CVSMake broken?
