I'm afraid that for this, the only workaround is a bugfix.
I see that test/Xm/textf/test13 and test14 also show problems,
I may have (re)introduced part of those recently so I'll have a look
into that shortly.
However, I'll need an example of your problems, unless they are the
same as the ones demonstrated by the two tests above. I can't fix
things that you don't show me.
