They were still available at some mirror. I saved them from there
and copied them to our website.

The links now point to these local copies.

I've also added the official Xlib and Xt manuals, from the XFree CVS,
transformed into HTML. Also stored on lesstif.sourceforge.net,
and pointers are on the lesstif links.html page.
