In determining why an application compiled and run
successfully in OpenMotif under Redhat Linux crashed
under lesstif under Mandrake, I (re)discovered the fact
that the Widget whose name under OpenMotif is
popup_ChapMenu.ChapMenu.button_0
is named by lesstif as
ChapMenu.popup_ChapMenu.ChapMenu.button_0
This will continue to be a severe portability issue until an
effort is made to digest all the needless opacities of naming
Widgets (under _both_ versions!) and modifying them in
lesstif to conform.
