Sorry, but I can't confirm that this version works well with NEdit.
Perhaps I did something wrong, so other should check it too.
(I got many warnings like initialization discards pointer type or so,
however I can remember that I got these warnings when buiding 93.0,too
and this still works fine.)

Here is what I found:
NEdit behaves OK with shortcuts/accelerator keys -- no crash so far.
The problem with the background menu is still there (ie selecting an
entry there leads to shortcuts not working), but a bit improved
(so Ctrl-z simply inserts a z, but Ctrl-s inserts <dc3>).

Now, seriously:
The normal text widgets (ie in the stats line, the dialog boxes or
the maco menu entry) are badly broken. They never really worked with
LessTif (which is rather surprising, I mean these are just normal Motif
widgets, nothing special, or am I wrong), but additionally when trying
to select something the text gets hidden. This doesn't look good really.

WORSE, when I open a new file (Ctrl-o or from the File Menu), the new
window does never react, although it is claimed this would be fixed.
(Doesn't mind whether in server mode or not.)
Creating a new (empty) window (Ctrl-n) works however.

Could others check this please. IMHO if it really shouldn't work, we
should post this to the main Linux distributors to avoid another round
of bug reports.
