You can get LessTif sources and compile them to provide Motif-2.*
a compatible library. That'll have the name you need.

You can try the RPMs that I built, they're available from
  http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=8596

They've been built to provide the libXm.so.2 .
If something would go wrong you can uninstall my RPM and install
the RedHat one again and you should be back in your current
situation.
