When installing XLT, I receive an error: eval: 1: Syntax error: "<" unexpected
while 'checking for X..' is performed. I am running Cygwin on XP. Installing xlt-9.2.9. I find no file named 'eval.' As far as I know, X Server (Xfree86) is installed and working correctly.
