CINNAMON GANACHE TART
 
15 chocolate graham crackers
2 tbs. sugar
1/2 cup butter, melted
12 oz bag semisweet chocolate morsels
2/3 cup half and half
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 pint raspberries and blueberries
 
In blender* or food processor* pulse crackers and sugar 2 min. add 1/4 cup butter. Press mixture into greased 9 inch tart pan. Freeze 20 min. Invert onto CAKE PLATTER. In bowl, combine morsels and remaining butter. In saucepan* boil half and half and cinnamon. Pour over chocolate. Let sit 1 min. stir. Spread in crust. TOP WITH BERRIES. Makes 12 servings.*
