Marshmallow Crème Fudge

1/2 Cup butter

2 Cups sugar

2/3 Cup evaporated milk

1-3/4 Cups chocolate chips

1 tsp vanilla

1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow crème

3/4 Cups chopped nuts (optional)

 

Slice butter into 9-inch square baking dish and microwave on high for 1 minute or until melted.

Blend until well mixed the sugar and milk.  Microwave at 80% for 8-10 minutes, stirring frequently.

Stir in until smooth the chocolate chips, vanilla, marshmallow crème and nuts.  Chill until firm.
