Hello,

It would be helpful if you can write down all the messages you
received from Glo so we can help.  That phone of yours is from a
different planet!

(Whenever you're asking for detailed technical help, it's a good idea
to always copy any relevant messages in full!)  Without that, only
those that have access to your (rare) phone would be able to help you.
 Most people use Nokia and the other more popular brands.
