Dear Fellow,

I can browse successfully in Abuja.  As soon as we enter Gwag, my phone displayed my default code G representing Gprs (as it is available) I browsed till I got to my abode in Apo Quaters.

I tried to set it up for my friends here in Abuja to no avail.  What happened was that in Lagos the total number of txt msg received to set it up is 4 or 5 at times representing 1. Welcome to Mtn Sightz and Soundz, 2. MMS Protocol, 3. GPRS protocol 4. Thanking u 4 setting it up or (Mtn Protocols) what I noticed in Abuja version is that one of them is missing that is, 1 above is available, then 2and 4 above also - leaving 3. I tried my best to no avail.  I called a friend in lagos to setup new one and he did sucessfully.

Another thing i noticed in abj is that it is very hard to connect to mtn exchange, it takes about 10-15 seconds after dial to connect unlike lagos that the mean time is just 2 seconds.

I guess I am the only person browsing now. cos, its very fast, it takes just 2 seconds to download file of 1.5mb.

I will try to send mms to this group from my phone now to confirm it.

Ola.
