It's difficult to tell if they will change their name or not, but either way, its all good.
Just that they'd be spending so much money on re-branding again, in Nigeria.

They have spent millions rebranding to Vmobile and now they want to change the name?  If Celtel really means to do that, then they lack knowledge of the basics of marketing.  Have you ever seen a major international brand changing name just because of a new owner?
