It is so sad that after sending 'Yes' to 701 for migration and after 
celtel deducts #100 from your balance, you still need to call 
endlessly to beg them to move you to the new billing system.The 
customer care unit is of no help too as they keep telling you that all 
their agents are busy.What happen to million subscribers that could 
not take the pain of the frastrating 111 line?
