Problem with Incoming Messages

Anyone else having complaints from subscribers not able to post 
messages but can reply to messages along with messages being truncated 
with 4.04?  This started with early and late 4.04 and I am waiting on a 
couple people to send messages to both the list and my personal account 
to see if I can find anything.  I have not been able to identify 
anything in log and assumed the messages were getting lost with issues 
from increased load from virus on ISP systems.

I wrote to the author of the 1st gen Camaro Assembly Process article.  I
wanted to see how identical/similer the Lordstown Firebird assembly was 
to the
