I will do the BBedit thing as someone suggested.

I turned off html on my OE and the headers/footers came through.

Next question:

We sell our lists by the number of subscribers for that particular list.  Is
there a way to limit a customer list to a certain number of email addresses?
If not, may I ask that this idea be a future feature?
