I am starting to set up parsing of some log files so I have a record
of subscribes and unsubscribes. I now have noticed a few odd things.
The dates for the server log files seem to be off by one.
For example, the log file "Server_06-11-05.log" is generated just
before midnight on 6-10 (actually 10 Jun 23:46 to be exact). It has
the log entrieds for the entire day of 6-10 yet the file name dates
it as 6-11.
