There are two potential problems here: 1) Mail sent to the server never gets through to Letterrip. If this is the case, then you likely have a DNS issue. Either the IP address of the server isn't connected to the correct MX record, or it has the incorrect IP address. If you are using SMTP (as opposed to POP) for incoming mail and you have another SMTP server on the same box, that could be the problem. 2) Mail sent to Letterrip isn't processed correctly.
