I think the development roadmap is running exactly in line with the
payment-for-upgrade roadmap; to make development any snappier, we'd
all need to be willing to pay enough for the software that Jud could
quit his day job--and that would be a *huge* per-user cost, because
there's just simply not that many of us around.
As to the Admin Log Window, Jud could just as well *stop supporting
it altogether*; if you really want functionality, just open the
server log in Console (or any number of apps that other folks who
need to do more with logs than I do can tell you. If I were Jud,
improving the Log Window would be about my lowest priority.

The trouble with adopting usages too quickly is that they will
